Happy for Weekends!

There is nothing better than that 1st glass of wine after an insanely hard week. Sister Ex took more jobs than we usually do so we had to take it up a notch. We even staged into the late evening to try to get ahead. Good thing I remembered the Coronas. (Never mind that our subs were all vacationing with their children on midwinter break. And never mind that we had some of our kids in school and some on break. Never mind that the agents we were working for were in Disneyland and Cabo while we slaved away. And really never mind that I cut my weekend 1 day short to meet a deadline.)

Back to staging. I forgot to photograph the "after" in a mid century modern job that we staged using our new couch. Our pillows way rocked it.

And.... Guess what? We hit the ground running on Monday. Oh brother.

Warehouse Sale

Open House is having a warehouse sale. It is shocking for some to see the prices on all of our staging stuff. It is priced to go away... Last summer we sold everything in 2 and 1/2 hours. Couches, rugs, tables, art, lamps, dishes, vases, and more. Stay tuned for the date as there will be little advanced notice.

This adorable 13 year old has taken the fashion world by storm. Her blog is a refreshing take on the fashion scene. You need to read her to believe her. She is funny, goofy, intelligent and well beyond her years. Style Rookie is worth a visit.

Schumacher Fabric

Absolutely loved these chairs in this fabric. Also loved that the chairs were silver. Mmmmm... delish!

The bummer about the fabric is that it is on backorder.

Funny how things come around. We laughed at this chair when it was dropped off for the school rummage sale but I know my friend Kamie could have made magic happen with this vintage number.
