When we first entered this condo unit I was wondering if a full living room was even going to work. Through the magic of staging we got a regular size sofa and 2 medium sized leather chairs to fit perfectly in the space. A home owner could easily put a flat screen above the fireplace.

This space seems like no big deal but originally it was confused with the building's back door area. By simply adding a couple of screens to block off the parking lot and a small vignette it opened up and defined the unit's space.
