Is Spring here?

I think I can speak for every Seattlite by saying we are weary of our dreary, rainy, grey days. So when I see a vision like this I must stop and admire. Our first sign of spring and blue skies.

    Here, Here! Let the birds chirp and the crocus bloom! It's high time spring showed herself.

    Also, love the blue paint color, very mature taste.
