In the office

I am in the office today trying to stay focused and get through all of the paperwork a business generates. I am thankful that I like my office space...

Dear Sister Ex

As you well know, we are pushing out of our warehouse searching for space... Can we create this?:

COLORS THAT POP?

DESKS THAT ROCK?

A WALL THAT TALKS?

SEATING THAT STALKS?

topped off with a bit of GLAM?

My Studio

Just a few shots of the vignettes in my studio. I have had some snow days to reorganize my studio, catch up on paperwork and get ready for a busy week ahead.

I purchased a mirror and repurposed it here.

Asian flower plaque is from ZGallerie.

Studio Remodel

Pulled out my coveted Viking sewing machine to create some curtains to conceal the storage under the desk in my studio. I am trying to get it finished for an upcoming photo shoot.

Fabric is from Fabric Depot in Portland.

This sewing machine kept me out of a ton of potential trouble in highschool. Mother said I could stay up as late as I wanted as long as I was sewing-and I pulled some late nighters.

The make of someone's machine is the first thing I glance at like others noticing cars.

Office Chairs ala Brocade Home

My studio is getting painted Benjamin Moore Silver Cloud tomorrow! I am over-the-moon excited to rehang my art and finalize all the details of our upcoming photoshoot led by the Über talented stylist Kamie Kahlo.

That said, I have desk chairs on my mind...

All of these wonderful options are from Brocade Home.

My DIY Bulletin Board

I first spotted the beginnings of my bulletin board in the back of my girlfriend's garage.

Brought it home and painted it. Then added the cork in the frame. I admit I did a lousy job with the cork but soon my pictures will completely cover it.

The VERY beginning stages of my collage. Check out George Michael, so dreamy. I've had that photo since the 1980's.

Soon you will see photos of my entire studio as I add, edit, decorate and hang this enormous board.

Redesigning my Studio

I am in the process of redesigning my studio and I cannot decide if I should paint it a soft pink, powder blue or wallpaper it in a metallic silver something. I am inspired by so many different styles and colours.
